By Woman ‘thrown to the floor’ in violent assault
Lincolnshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an incident where a woman was assaulted in Louth.
According to reports, the victim, a woman in her 20s, was thrown to the floor and assaulted at the rear of the Morrisons building at Eastgate.
Thankfully the victims injuries are not thought to be serious.
The suspect is described as male.
No other details have been issued.
The incident occurred on Friday the 16th of September between 6pm and 8pm.
A statement released by Lincolnshire Police reads:
“We are keen to speak to the members of the public who stopped to speak with the victim during the incident.
“If you witnessed the incident and have yet to come forward to speak with us, please get in touch.”
