Several arrests as Scunthorpe criminals have drugs, weapons and cash seized 

Humberside Police continue their mission to disrupt drugs supply and organised crime in our area. 

Earlier in the month, Humberside Police officers conducted a house search at a property in Scunthorpe in a bid to tackle organised crime. 

The search, which took place at on address on Grosvenor Street South, proved to be effective after officers discovered a large quantity of cash, a significant amount of Class A and Class B drugs, several weapons and a stash of high-value jewellery, watches, electric scooters and cycles. 

Following the discovery, Humberside Police made three arrests for their involvement in organised crime. 

Lucasz Prowchownik, aged 36, of Scunthorpe was charged with conspiracy to supply class cocaine/heroin and cannabis  

Alvis Obuhovics, aged 22, of Berkeley Street, Scunthorpe, was charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine/heroin/cannabis and conspire to money laundering  

Krzysztof Bom, aged 37, of Grosvenor Street South, Scunthorpe, was charged with possession with intent to supply heroin/cocaine and cannabis and a money laundering offence. 

In a statement, Humberside Police stated: 

“All three appeared in court today and were remanded in custody until a date in September where they are due to appear in court again.”
