By GTFC announce grassroots sessions for female players
Grimsby Town have announced grassroots sessions for female players.
Wanting to see more female players in our local community playing football, the Mariners, working alongside the Grimsby Town Sport & Education Trust, will offer grassroots sessions for aspiring female footballers!
The sessions will be open to females aged from 5 to 16 who are looking to development their talent and “potentially go onto represent Grimsby Town Women’s FC in the future.”
Sessions will be held from next week are as follows:
- Monday Nights – 5pm till 6pm
Wildcats 5 to 11-year-olds
Ormiston Maritime Academy – Westward Ho, Grimsby, DN34 5AH
Price £2 per session
- Wednesday Nights – 5pm till 6pm
12 to 14-year-olds
The Trin Centre – Trinity Rd, Cleethorpes, DN35 8UN
Price £2 per session
- Thursday Nights – 5.30pm till 6.30pm
14 to 16-year-olds
Ormiston Maritime Academy – Westward Ho, Grimsby DN34 5AH
Price £2 per session
If you are interested in attending one of the sessions, the club are asking you to submit an expression of interest here.
