By Works to take place at Healing level crossing
There will be works taking place at the level crossing in Healing, carried out by Network Rail as they undertake the work.
The work will take place at the level crossing in Healing, on Station Road, and will take place on a weekend.
North East Lincolnshire Borough Council has requested that the crossing shall not be used during this time by any person or vehicle, referencing:
“A section of STATION ROAD, HEALING – Part Length from HEALING LEVEL CROSSING to a point 20 meters southwest of HEALING LEVEL CROSSING.”
“This temporary prohibition is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road by Network Rail.
“These works are detailed as level crossing maintenance.
Works will be undertaken overnight between 11:30 pm and 8:30 am to minimise disruption to the public.
The closure is expected to remain in place until 08:30hrs on Sunday, 22 May 2022. Definitive dates and times will be notified by on-site advanced warning signs.
“The Order will come into operation on Saturday, 21 May 2022, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for Transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier).”
