Grimsby woman assaulted during alleyway robbery
Humberside Police are appealing for information following a burglary which saw a woman assaulted on Tuesday the 1st of March.
According to reports, the victim was walking along an alleyway between Frederick Street and Wharfdale Way in Grimsby when she was approached by two men.
The incident is said to have happened at approximately 8:00pm.
Both suspects are believed to have pushed the woman against a wall and taken her handbag which contained cash and valuables.
They then fled the scene.
The woman suffered minor injuries and has been left shaken by the incident.
Officers say they are exploring all lines of enquiry available to identify those involved.
