Residential Conveyancer – Cornwall
We are delighted to be working with this reputable regional law firm, based in Cornwall, who are looking to recruit a residential property legal executive to provide fee earner support to their busy residential property team. They are seeking a residential conveyancer/conveyancing fee earner to join a very busy residential property team. As the successful residential conveyancing fee earner, you will be a qualified CILEx or CLC or you will have extensive experience in residential conveyancing caseload as you will be required to hit the ground running with various other caseloads. You will be required to travel to all Cornwall based offices.
This is an excellent opportunity for a residential conveyancing fee earner to join a collegiate and busy residential conveyancing team. As the successful residential conveyancing fee earner, you will be able to show experience in the full remit of residential conveyancing. It is important that you are able to demonstrate an excellent technical knowledge of sales/purchases of freehold/leasehold, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, shared ownership and newbuild purchases.
You must be qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive, a Licenced Conveyancer or have significant experience with managing your own caseload. You will be hardworking and show attention to detail, as well as be a team player. Please only apply if you are able to hold yourself out as a technical specialist in residential property.
