As part of their strategic direction, they are looking to develop their commercial property offerings in the local market. As a result of these plans they are looking to appoint a confident individual to elevate the firms presence, grow with the firm and build on their success. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have a at least 6 months experience gained at a reputable practice. Applications are sought from those who are able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Commercial Property matters. Advising on general commercial matters, with a specific focus on sale and purchase of commercial property, taking and granting of leases and lease renewal. Salary up to c£35,000 (DOE) plus extensive benefits.
