JOB TITLE:Assistant Personal Injury Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
SALARY:£30,000 to £36,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Assistant Lawyer to join this expert team of legal professionals with one of the leading Law Firms in the UK. The postholder will be required to run, under supervision, a full caseload of non-portal fast-track and multi-track cases from start to finish. You will be representing clients who are victims of Road Traffic Accidents, Employers’ Liability, Public Liability and Assault. No day will ever be the same in this role, however you can expect a typical day to include obtaining relevant documents and carrying out relevant investigations, preparing witness statements and preparing for conferences and hearings.
THE CANDIDATE:
It is essential that applicants have excellent knowledge of the law relating to personal injury and the Civil Procedure Rules. The appointed Assistant Personal Injury Lawyer must have outstanding communication and client care skills and enjoy marketing and business development opportunities. To ensure your success in this role, the firm will provide you with structured supervision and training with a comfortable and friendly work environment where you can shape your career.
