Solution Train Engineer – Agile – Kanban – Sprint
Experienced Solution Train Engineer is sought by a leading consultancy to provide their expertise and knowledge on a client project.
The successful Solution train Engineer will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the development of solutions within a Program Increment (PI), provide for cadence and synchronisation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and suppliers, including PI Planning meetings and holding solution demos at the end of each PI
- Producing a single, cohesive plan across all trains, manage the dependencies between trains and Pre/Post PI planning meetings
- Presenting summarised solution PI Objectives for senior stakeholders
- Working closely with Solution & Product Management, Product Owners and Stakeholders, to ensure strategy & execution alignment
- Reporting status of projects to PMO office
Experience required:
- Strong experience in agile project management including bi-model environments
- Expert knowledge in Agile practices at scale
- Experience managing multiple Sprint teams
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Experience of working with an on/off-shore development model
- Any knowledge/experience of the telecoms sector and services a distinct advantage.
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder and business relationships
