Paramedics in hazmat suits treat collapsed man
Police officers and paramedics in hazmat suits sealed off Durban Road to treat a man who collapsed.
An ambulance, paramedics, police van and two police cars were at the scene.
The road has now reopened.
Crews treated the man at the roadside before taking him under police escort to Diana Princess of Wales hospital, Grimsby.
Buses were diverted down Wellington Street before Durban Road was re-opened at around 4pm.
The elderly man was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital, having collapsed on the corner of Durban Road and Wellington Street.
Paramedics could be seen in full hazmat PPE kit at the scene, a precaution because of the coronavirus pandemic.
