The Met Office have warned of injuries and danger to life as Storm Ciara hits North and North East Lincolnshire.
The Met’s weather warning of strong winds has been upgraded to amber in Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Scunthorpe.
The yellow weather warning remains in place from 12am to 12pm today.
Hundreds of passengers are stranded off the Humber by Storm Ciara. Flights have been axed train services cut and sporting events cancelled as winds reach up to 93mph.
