The school didnt even bother to tell his mum.
A mum was left in agonising pain after son tried to strangle himself at school and she wasnt made aware.
Te 48-year-old north Hull mum discovered her son tied a scarf around his neck at Kelvin Hall School, west Hull when she received a letter from the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
She received the letter which made her aware of the incident, 10 days after it had occured.
The school still have no explained to the mother about the incident, leaving her to be furious.
The mum had soon found out that the school had told the child’s father, knowing that they have gone their separate ways.
The boy had gone to live with his father in December, however the mother still has parental responsibility.
