Teenager injured as moped collides with a car.
A 16-year-old boy was taken to the hospital by taxi after waiting 45 minutes for emergency services when his moped collided head-on with a car on Davenport Drive, Cleethorpes at around 7 pm last night.
Part of the street was closed off following the collision between the moped and a silver Citreon C3. It is believed that the impact had completely split the moped in half.
Members of the public had to try and close the road while they waited for emergency services. It is not known at this time how serious the boy’s injuries are.
