Residents have always been told to avoid Frodingham Road.
Humberside police announced that 13 drug raids, 4 suspected stabbings and a large number of anti social behaviour has taken place in the area.
Residents of the area claim they have seen some horrible things happen on the street including prostitution, drug dealing and attacks on innocent people.
It is believed that the street has got worse over the years.
