Man charged with Railway Street rape is named.

Henry Froggatt 25, who is a funfair worker is the man accused of brutally raping a woman under Railway Street Bridge.

It is believed that Henry Frogatt sobbed when he appeared in court on Friday. He is accused with two charges of rape and one of assault causing actual bodily harm. No pleas were entered and the case has been committed to Grimsby Crown Court. He was remanded in custody and will appear at Grimsby Crown Court on February 17th
The two alleged offences are linked to the same incident of rape which was committed on March 10th last year around midnight.

Froggatt has stayed at a number of addresses in Grimsby and Cleethorpes and he works at funfairs across the country.

The victim is continuing to be supported by specialist officers from Humberside Police.
