Homeless man left in a coma.
A homeless man has been left in a coma after allegedly being stabbed by two masked men with knives. The incident happened at around 8 pm last night.
It is understood that the attack took place in Garden Street in a small compound opposite the Abbeygate car park. It has been reported that the two attackers were wearing balaclavas.
The injured man is believed to have made his way to Mcdonald’s with the help of others where emergency services were called. It is believed that the man was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary.
The man is thought to have been placed in an induced coma because of the severity of his injuries. It is believed that the victim is a homeless man living in Grimsby Town Centre.
