Role purpose:
Maximise sales & profit of the practice through coaching and performance management whilst developing and building internal and external relationships within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
– Motivate, coach and grow the practice team to achieve the best performance targets and KPI’s.
– Analyse practice management information and monthly P&L and look for ways to maximise revenue and grow the business.
– Try to build and sub-stain close working relationships within clinicians to achieve engagement and motivation of colleagues and maximise performance.
– Create and implement the roll out of local commercial and marketing initiatives to support and build individual practises.
– Support the clinical team to coordinate and deliver networking the events within the local area to support practice growth in the specialist sector.
– Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice, identifying and implementing actions where negative variance to budget.
– Recruit the practice team, including conducting interviews, selection process, and appointments of new employees.
– Ensure practices maintain excellent operational standards and comply with Health & Safety.
– Manage budgets for consumables, materials, small equipment and repairs (costs) and overheads within parameters set.
– Encourage the team to embrace and learn from customer feedback and actively encourages learning, spearhead customer-centric initiatives.
