Role Overview: The appointed Receptionist will report to the Group Payroll Manager, while working in a growing team within the business.
Salary/Package: Excellent
Location: Hull
Duration of Employment: Permanent
Hours: Part Time Hours (12:15pm-17:30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all visitors are welcomed when entering the site and are signed into the visitor’s book.
- Distribute any post to relevant employees.
- Receive and distribute both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Respond to routine inquiries from both internal and external sources.
- Carry out a variety of administrative tasks.
- Assist with any meeting requirements.
- Arrange and book travel for colleagues as and when required.
- Maintain and order stationary supplies when needed.
Experience Required:
The successful Receptionist must have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT Literate.
