Receptionist (Hull)


Role Overview: The appointed Receptionist will report to the Group Payroll Manager, while working in a growing team within the business.

Salary/Package: Excellent

Location: Hull

Duration of Employment: Permanent

Hours: Part Time Hours (12:15pm-17:30pm)


  • Ensure all visitors are welcomed when entering the site and are signed into the visitor’s book.
  • Distribute any post to relevant employees.
  • Receive and distribute both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from both internal and external sources.
  • Carry out a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Assist with any meeting requirements.
  • Arrange and book travel for colleagues as and when required.
  • Maintain and order stationary supplies when needed.

Experience Required:

The successful Receptionist must have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT Literate.
