Police update on severed foot found in New Waltham six months ago.
Humberside Police are continuing there search to find out who the severed foot found in New Waltham belongs to. They have now said that they have a full DNA profile of the individual. Police have ruled out thousands of possible matches after searching databases across Europe and the UK.
Two dog walkers discovered the human foot on the footpath which runs between Peaks Parkway and Station Road on April 25th. It has been determined that the foot belonged to a woman about 5ft 2in tall and that it was deliberately dismembered within the last 12 months.
Humberside Police say that everyone on their missing person list has also been ruled out. Police continue to investigate every lead possible to identify the person and understand the circumstances.
