There will be road closures as work starts on safety measures in Brereton Ave, Cleethorpes.

There will be some road closures and traffic management from Monday when work will be carried out on Brereton Ave, Cleethorpes to make it safer. The work will take four weeks and will include the installation of speed cushions and speed humps and also additional road markings to reinforce the existing 20mph zone. There will be traffic management in place for two weeks such as cones and barriers between Clee Road and Lestrange Street as of Monday. Then there will be road closures between Lestrange Street and Park Street for one week from Monday, November 11th. Then for the week after it will go back to traffic management. North East Lincolnshire Council and Engie would like to apologise to residents for any inconvenience while the road safety improvements are carried out.
