Man was fuming after being given curfew.
Nigel Peck 45 was so cross when he was given a curfew that banned him from going outside at night. He believed that because he was a 45-year-old man he did not need to be told when to go outside.
He was arrested in Freeman Street after kicking off at police officers. He was tasered and sprayed with Parva and fitted with a spit hood.
At Grimsby magistrates court he objected to the curfew and when told he would have to pay a fine he started waving his arms around.
Police were called to a disturbance and when he was arrested he made threats to the police and spat at them. He believed that he apologised at the station.
When he was given the 8 pm to 8 am curfew he is thought to have started arguing with the magistrate and he was treading a thin line between being in contempt of court.
He was also told he would have to pay £85 costs and a £90 victims surcharge at £20 a month it is believed that he argued that he wouldn’t be able to afford that.
