Wiltshire Poo Flingers Fortunate As To Not Be In Custody

Wiltshire Poo Flingers Fortunate As To Not Be In Custody

Two Wiltshire men were let off easy after flinging faeces around a GWR train,

however police warned them that they were very fortunate not to be jailed.

The two were going back home after watching England’s World Cup match against Croatia.

Toby Clarke, 22, was the man who had defecated inside a Nando’s takeaway

in which his actions granted him 280 hours of unpaid work.

The other culprit, Bobby Clifford, 22, had thrown the box across the train,

accidentally hitting a woman in the head with the faecal matter,

earning himself six months imprisonment suspended for a year.

The Swindon Crown Court stated that they should be grateful for not receiving an immediate custodial sentence,

and that their behaviour is reprehensible.

The consequences show that this behaviour will not be tolerated on the railway network.
