Triple Convicted Paedophile Returns to Chippenham From Prison
Paul Stevens, a three-time convicted paedophile has returned to his home in Chippenham
after a seemingly early release from prison.
Local residents report spotting the man in the area last weekend despite the man being given
a three and a half year sentence.
Stevens lives on the first floor of a flat which overlooks a quiet street
where many children are seen playing at night.

In his latest offence, the 68-year-old admitted to possessing and distributing
indecent images of children, including a breach of terms of a sexual harm prevention order,
the order imposed on him in 2011.
