Man in horrific pub attack on a woman has now been jailed.
Darren Ives was given a suspended sentence after attacking a woman in the SwashBuckle pub. He has now been jailed after breaching the suspended prison sentence. The woman he attacked is believed to have been left unable to smile properly and was left in constant pain after the horrific attack.
Darren Ives of Mill Road Cleethorpes was three times over the drink limit when he tried to drive his car in Holton Le Clay. He was sentenced to four months in jail at Lincoln Crown Court. He received a 15 month suspended sentence for the assault on December 21st, 2017 for assault causing actual bodily harm. The offence drink driving offence put him in breach of this.
