A restaurant boss accused of rape denies the allegation.

Mohammed Uddin has denied raping a drunken woman on Cleethorpes beach. It is believed bottles of vodka were on the beach at the time of the incident and it is believed that the woman had been drinking heavily. The Indian restaurant owner is accused of raping the woman on Cleethorpes beach on August 21st. It is thought that DNA evidence will be crucial in the case against Mohammed Uddin.

He was remanded in custody, the case was adjourned until January for trial. He may be granted bail when an application is made on Friday.
