By David Hough, 54, of Derwent Road, Scunthorpe, has been charged by Humberside Police following a joint-force investigation between them and Essex Police.
Mr Hough is remanded in custody due to appear at Grimsby Crown Court date on 5th December.

Charges against Hough include four counts or rape, three counts of making indecent images of a child, three counts of distributing indecent images of a child and one count of possessing extreme images.
All of the offences are alleged to have been carried out in Essex between 2007 and 2008 and in the Scunthorpe area in April of this year.
