Resveratrol works because it acts to prevent fat cells from gaining more fat. And if you can’t quite believe it the good news is also backed up by scientists from Washington State University and Havard. Studies say that you can help prevent weight gain by 70 percent from drinking at least two glasses of wine a day, red wine is best because of the resveratrol. But sadly for best results, it has to be drunk in the evening, the results do not apply to a lunchtime glass of wine.
The calories from a nighttime glass of wine help to curb late-night snack cravings, which can be a big cause of weight gain.
