By Who and why would someone do this?
A beautiful morning bike ride with the sun shining, people walking their dogs, runners, folk on the way to work only to come across this completely pointless act of vandalism.
On first site it appeared to be Foxes emptying bins, but Foxes don’t rip up flower beds.
The beautiful flower pots that had been lovingly planted and cared for by the partnership between businesses on North and Central Promenades and “The Big Local”
An eye witness said
Someone must know who has done this or surely there is CCTV, they should be made to pay for this and named and shamed.
