Second, standoff in three days in Rutland Street.
Humberside Police have arrested a man after a standoff at a property in Rutland Street which is the second one to take place within three days.
Police cordoned off a section of Rutland street at about 1.30pm today after reports that a man was causing a disturbance at a property. He turned over wheelie bins and threw missiles and shouted abuse at members of the public and police.
The standoff lasted for about an hour until the man was finally arrested and taken into custody. Police are still in attendance reassuring local residents and some are believed to be sweeping up the debris.
