By A 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with assault following an incident in Grimsby on Friday 5 July.
It was reported that a man and woman were walking along Alexandra Road at around 10pm when they passed a group of teenagers.
The group and the pair spoke to each other, before one of the teenagers allegedly assaulted the man.
The 15-year-old has been bailed to appear at Grimsby Youth Court next month
