A teenager has been arrested after an eagle-eyed member of the public spotted two people sneaking around the back of a nearby house.
Police were called at 3.40am today (Tuesday, July 2) after they were seen at the property in Cumberland Avenue, Grimsby.
Officers quickly arrived at the scene and a 14-year-boy was arrested in Weelsby Road on suspicion of burglary and possession of an offensive weapon.
An investigation has been launched to identify all those involved in the incident.
