Do you agree that us taxpayers should be paying for Prince Harry and Meghan’s £2.4 million mansion makeover?
British taxpayers have paid £2.4 million to refurbish Frogmore cottage Prince Harry and Meghan’s new home and the final bill could hit £3 million.
They moved out of Kensington Palace after rumours of a rift with Prince William and Kate. The £2.4million overhaul of Frogmore cottage was a gift to the couple from the Queen.
Even many fans of the royals were not happy about the cost with one Tweet saying the taxpayers should not be paying for Harry and Meghan’s home refurbishments. They are taking advantage of us.
With all public services under financial pressure, we throw £2.4million at a new house for Harry and Meghan is the opinion of some. Others may believe that it is the inevitable but necessary cost of ensuring the safety of the hugely popular royal couple and their son.
