Local lads Mint are to headline Hull’s legendary summer festival Humber Street Sesh. The band will be topping the bill on the BBC Introducing Stage.
Mint comprises of Zak Rashid on vocals and guitar, Bambi Maidens on bass, Lenny Pawson on Lead guitar and drumming is Sam ‘Veggie’ Chapman.
Mint have picked up some big and important fans over the last couple of years, these have seen the band playing at most of the countries major festivals and also being playlisted on BBC Radio 1, Radio X and also appearing on ITV’s This Morning.

Humber Street Sesh takes place on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd August at Hull Marina. The festival will see more than 200 bands and acts performing over the two days. Last year’s Humber Street Sesh saw over 30,000 music and art lovers attend the festival.
Not only are there an array of music acts performing but there will also be live art, a skate park, photography exhibition, street performers, street food and markets stalls.
Tickets for Humber Street Sesh are available now priced at £16.50 per day or £27.50 for a weekend ticket. 12 years and under go FREE when accompanied by a fee paying adult.
