Man’s body found on Cleethorpes beach is named.
The man whose body was found on Cleethorpes beach has been identified. He has been named as Gary Simpson a Leeds United Fan who was working in this area. It is believed he was in his early 40’s and had been out watching the Leeds United Championship playoff. It is thought he was reported missing after the match finished around 9.45 pm on Wednesday night.
His body was found on Friday morning. It is believed had been working in the Grimsby and Cleethorpes area with family. Investigations into how Mr. Simpson died are still ongoing.
