Masala Masters are back at Message in a Bottle

Masala Masters are back at message in a bottle in Cleethorpes on Saturday 18th May 2019 for another day of fantastic Indian street food and craft beer.

Ruchita Green from Masala Masters is excited to be back at the popular shop and bar on Cambridge Street, Cleethorpes.

We have collaborated with message in a bottle on a couple of occasions, and the response has been fantastic. Indian street food goes really well with craft beer, as there is a good balance of flavours. With it being finger food and easy to eat, it is perfect for a pop-up event like this.

The exciting menu is as follows:

– Punjabi samosas (crisp pastry filled with a ginger and mildly spiced vegetable mixture, served with our signature coriander chutney).

– Vada Pav (spiced potato patty) served with a fresh white roll.

– Chicken tikka or Lamb kofta wraps served in a tortilla wrap with crunchy salad.

Owner of message in a bottle, Charles Lumley, is expecting another busy weekend in the quirky shop and bar.

“We love putting on these sort of events with other local businesses. Beer and Indian food are the perfect partners. Ruchita’s menu sounds great and we have a particularly excellent selection of local ales and craft beers lined up to go with it. We will have cask ale, bottled ale, tonnes of craft beer and our usual selection of premium spirits on the bar. We can’t wait!

Food and drinks will be served from 12 noon until 8pm on Saturday, May 18 at message in a bottle 91-97 Cambridge Street, Cleethorpes, DN35 8HD.
