Losing just a few minutes of sleep can affect your work.

Research says that losing just a few minutes of sleep can affect your concentration, judgement, and productivity. Sleep is crucial to health and wellbeing.

Many people think they can get by on just five hours sleep or less, but evidence suggests that this can increase your risk of having a heart attack or stroke.

Missing out on sleep will affect your day to day life too. If you often stay up past your bedtime you may already be paying the price. A new study found that only losing 15 mins of sleep a night is enough to affect your concentration and judgement at work.

They also found that getting 16 mins less sleep than usual caused problems with focus, judgment, and concentration the next day. This, in turn, will cause an effect on workers stress levels which in turn will result in poorer work performance.

If you want to be more productive at work then you need to clock off on time, and log out of work emails and put your phone on silent. and go to bed at a decent hour.
