Theft from 95-year-old man at Grimsby bus stop

A 95-year-old man who was out shopping in Grimsby over the weekend had a bag stolen from him at a bus stop on Ellis Way.

The theft was reported to us on Saturday 20 April around 1pm. The man who walks with two walking sticks had put his blue rucksack down to pick up some litter when it was taken by an unknown suspect.

The victim thankfully wasn’t hurt but had an amount of shopping stolen from him which was in the bag. There is no description of the person who took the bag.
