By GBH charge for man in Grimsby
A 29-year-old man has been charged with section 20 grievous bodily harm following an alleged assault outside a pub in Grimsby.
Peter Atkins of no fixed abode appeared in court over the weekend to face the charge following the incident outside the Mariner’s Rest on Friday 29 March.
An area around the pub was cordoned off on Friday while officers carried out enquiries.
