Low pressure will begin to take control from Friday, spoiling the wonderful week we’ve had.
Changeable weather patterns will appear after the arrival of the meteorological spring.
Experts say that low pressure will bring a threat of heavy rain which will coincide with the change of season on Friday.
It has been reported that more volatile weather will be pushed in from the Atlantic later this week and begin to take control.
The Met Office has released a forecast for the weekend saying:
Friday, mainly dry with bright or sunny spells after patchy morning low cloud and mist lifts. Becoming windy Saturday with rain spreading east, heavy in places. Sunday, blustery showers. Cooler
The jet stream will strengthen and track south bringing a number of low pressure cells and windier, wetter and cooler conditions to the UK.
