Marc Robinson was in some great form on hitting 180s on the night hitting 3 in total taking his 180 tally to 5. Hayden Newbegin also added to the 180 tally against Aaron Dwyer, Taking the total 180 tally to 57 for the season.
Hayden newbegins checkout of 110 against Alicia Briggs was the highest of the night in a game Hayden didn’t have his scoring game on but certainly did have a fantastic game on finishing legs throwing for a double 4 times and checking out smoothly with each dart thrown at double.
It is with great regret Grimsby 501 darts league had another player drop from the league this week in the shape of Marc Rodger. All marcs 1st half games stand with results and stats however any games completed or still to play in 2nd half of league are void, amendments to the league results tables and stats have now been made.
Week 17 25/2/19 sees some very tasty fixtures involving all parts of the league table with closely matched players facing each other including Liam jewitt and Callum jewitt fighting for the top spot in the league, rhys chambers and Hayden Newbegin both battling for prize money for 4th spot, John riches and Daz mawer battling for 3rd spot. Plus many more good looking games on paper.
