A serious stabbing took place last night 14/2/19.The attack took place in Sutcliffe Avenue on the Nunsthorpe estate.It is understood that a man has been taken into custody on suspicion of attempted murder.

It is believed that a young man was seriously injured after being attacked with a knife.
