Senior Sales Negotiator – Basic Salary up to ¶œ20,000 DOE, ¶œ40,000 OTE – Southampton

Due to a recent success our client is looking for a successful & ambitious SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR for their Southampton Branch who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for customer service. Ideally you will be already working successfully in a similar role.
If you are currently feeling undervalued by your manager or are just simply looking for a new challenge with great career prospects, then this could be the role for you!
Very Competitive Basic Salary up to ¶œ20,000 DOE with a realistic ¶œ40,000 OTE. Plus car or car allowance.
Working hours are over a 5 day week with the requirement to work the occasional Saturday.
Role & Responsibilities:
– Work towards branch targets.
– Accompany viewings.
– Dealing with enquiries.
– Booking appointments.
– General Office Administration.
The Ideal Person:
– You will have the excellent ability to build rapport.
– You will enjoy working towards targets.
– You will have good listening skills.
– You will be resilient & self-motivated.
– You will have a UK driving Licence.
You will have previous experience of successfully working in an estate agency.
