Drivers Wanted – 7.5T and Cat C for Corporate Removal Company
Driver Hire London North are recruiting for a corporate removal company. The company was established in 1996, and has built a strong reputation within the removal field. The company require drivers on a ad-hoc basis.
Drivers will need to assist with the removals, however they are not expected to complete removal jobs themselves, and the company have porters available to assist with the removals. The managers and team co coordinators will assign appropriate number of drivers/porters for any job to ensure the work is carried out efficiently, and in accordance to health and safety laws and regulations.
Your duties include
Driving a 7.5 T or Class 2 vehicle (depending on your entitlements)
Assisting with loading/unloading of vehicles
Route planning
Driving in accordance to the road traffic act
Perform pre trip vehicle inspections and end of shift inspections
Fill out necessary paper work
Comply with applicable legislations I.e. driver hour laws, and working time laws
