Excitement builds as new bar ‘Forty One’ to open tonight
Earlier this month, a new independent bar announced on social media that they will be taking over the now vacant Arthur’s House in Cleethorpes after their shock closure.
Bar Forty One announced they would be opening a cocktail lounge, stating: “41 is a symbol of hope and affirmation. That we should be more hopeful in life, trust ourselves more, and don’t let anybody else tell us otherwise.
“We are an independent family business. Our family is truly at the heart of everything we do. We hope you can make some magical memories over a glass of your favourite tipple with your friends, family, and loved ones here at Forty One.”
Owner Vicky said “Opening day for Bar Forty One, Friday 29th. Opening hours can be viewed on our website. Thursday and Friday day will be open for coffee and cake with a cocktail bar on evenings and weekends.”
There have been comments on their social media page full of praise for the shiny brand new bar.
The menu features a fresh variety of cocktails and refreshments including a delicious selection of ‘nibbles’.
“The bar looks absolutely fabulous” one wrote.
“An absolutely gorgeous exterior and interior!” another commented.
“Serving a range of bottomless brunches, Prosecco bottomless, cocktails bottomless, and beer bottomless. There will be a live DJ on the opening weekend from 6 pm!” the bar posted to their social media page.
“Soulful spiritual exquisite owners with impeccable taste-know where I will be heading from York for Xmas.”
“Looking forward to a positive move for the area after everything!.”
The bars stylish aesthetic and packed menu, with affordable price, will surely see it welcomed by locals and revellers alike.
