Our client are a multi award winning engineering firm who have numerous projects. This company is expanding year on year and are winning new projects on a regular basis.
You will be reporting to the Welding and Plating Foreman on site and your main responsibility will be MIG Welding structural steel to x-ray/UT or coded standards.
Average hours are 50-55 per week, all paid at Flat Rate. The basic is 47 hours per week.
The rates of pay are between ¶14.14 LTD RATES an hour on days.
THE RATES OF PAY ARE FLAT FOR ALL HOURS, THERE ARE PLENTY OF HOURS AND THIS IS A LONG TERM CONTRACT UP TO 5 YEARS.

Academically you must be a time served Welder. Weld test consists of:
Butt weld with stop/start in root run and Multi pass fillet weld on 100 x 100 box unit at 45 degrees.
Welding experience within a structural steel background is essential.
