Our client is currently looking for fully qualified and experienced asbestos surveyors/analysts within the South East Area.
The successful candidates must be able to undertake Air Monitoring and Surveying.
* Air Monitoring – Background, Leak, Personal and Reassurance Monitoring as well as Four Stage Clearances and on site project management of LARCs.
* Surveying -Management, Refurbishment and Demolition, Re-inspections (Domestic, Commercial and Industrial)
The most desirable candidates will also have
* Knowledge of the Rail Industry (Network Rail and/or LUL)
* Project management experience for large surveying programmes and/or remedial projects
* Experience is technical sign off of survey reports
