A man is in a critical condition after being shot by Humberside Police in Hull.
The man was believed to be in possession of a firearm in Hessle Road in Hull.
The man was shot by armed officers at the scene and is now in hospital in a critical condition.
Police were called in the early hours of the morning after they received reports of a man in the streets with a firearm.
