A 48-year-old man from Hull has been charged with a number of offences including having an axe in a public place following an incident on the afternoon of Wednesday 13 November.
Amos Herring, 48, of Montrose Street was charged after reports of an incident on Marlowe Street in Hull involving two drivers. No-one was injured during the incident.
He was charged with possessing a blade – namely an axe – in a public place, affray, production of a class B drug, and driving a vehicle without the correct licence and without insurance.
Herring has appeared in court.
