Warehouse Administrator, Doncaster
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator, based in Doncaster, on behalf of a leading Company who are at the forefront of the railroad revolution, with a blend of history and innovation that drives them each day.

The Role
- Administration of Warehouse functions (Picking, packing and goods issue etc.).
- Responsible for accurately entering data onto the SAP system and ensuring all Transactions are completed with the use of SAP reports, the reporting of picking and packing (RAG).
- Attaching POD’s to the BOL in SAP
- Filing of picks once complete with Transport docs
- Checking invoices and completing sign off form for the Inventory Manager to sign.
- To undertake stock audits and perform of any other tasks needed in the maintenance and operation of the warehouse.
- Ensure all pick-tickets are sorted and issued to the warehouse.
- Ensure all parts are picked, packed and goods issued on the system.
- File away pick and Transport paperwork
- Cross reference Transport invoices with the shipping log and complete the authorization form for the I&L Manager to sign off.
- Works quickly and accurately.
- Builds productive and effective working relationships with Company staff and customers (CM).
- Ensures completion of paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensures SAP system is accurate and up to date checking all designated reports.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience of warehouse operations.
- Good IT skills including spread sheets and SAP.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Be a self- starter in order to achieve tasks and overcome problems.
- Focused on results but tactful when handling objections or obstacles to meeting objectives.
