By The A635 in Hickleton, near Doncaster has been closed as a result of a serious road accident.
The crash has happened at the junction of the A635 Barnsley Road with Red Hill Lane.
South Yorkshire Police warn that the road is set to be closed for more than four hours this afternoon.
Emergency services were alerted to the collision just before 12.50pm. The air ambulance was also deployed to the crash scene.
